She was probably listening to a Richard Simmonds single :p

I think a Darwin Award is in order.

Not for her obviously, for the boyfriend for being an RIAA whore.

#1 That is why you have backups
#2 It's nearly physically impossible, she must be one of the amazon body builder types.
#3 She was disturbed in the first place.

I like this bit:
Quote
“She must have stabbed him 40 to 80 times with that iPod

This proves she must be some kind of inhumanly strong freak.  I mean she stabbed him to death with a blunt object.

I can't wait for this to become general knowledge.

Apple will probably add an indication that the iPod is a lethal weapon.

[color=66ff00]I 98% agree with this sentiment.

The other 2% goes to the possibility that she could have merely beaten him to within an inch of his life instead of flat out killing him.

Don't laugh!  IT COULD HAPPEN!

I mean this is the US Government we're talking about here.  Some boot-licker of a beaurecrat will probably do it and call it "Protecting the public from themselves."

Don't discount the possiblity of a role for the RIAA in this, it could be a professional hit arranged to make the Government ban MP3s.

Hmm, from what I've seen IPods are pretty tiny and light. She must really have wanted it.

1) "Ipod: Can give a beating and keep on ticking"
2)  She was probably listening to William Hung's "She Bangs"

Not yet, TCO.

If the recent Australia/US trade agreement is any indication, the next renegotiation of of US/EU relationships may include provisions for DMCA-like laws and RIAA prosecution-by-proxy.

Probably won't even come to that, the BPI (British Phonographic Industry) is getting on the case in pretty much the same way the RIAA has. Scummy ****s.
What frequency are you getting? Is it noise or sweet sweet music? - Refused - Liberation Frequency.

I misread that as 'British Pornographic Industry'. I was trying to figure out A) what made them scummy, B) what set them apart from the rest of the pornographic industry and C) what they had to do with the RIAA.

Then I reread it.
