18-inch chrome wheels Yo! All it needs is a bigass spoiler and an underglow, and they might aswell replace Batman with Vin Diesel.
Fo shizle.

Adam West must be spinning in his grave...if this is indeed legit, but a quick glance at the date suggests it might not be.

Christian Bale's new wheels?
I like the direction they're taking.

They said it was going to be less **** and more dark and this seems to be keeping with that theme.

Good for them.

Doesn't look like Batman to me, not enough bats.  A part from that quite good.

Christian Bale's new wheels?
I'm guessing that's the point.

It's Batman Begins. So he's not got all the connections and know-how to get people to build him a big high-tech BatMobile, so he's got to settle for what him and Alfred can knock up in the Bat Cave.

Christian Bale's new wheels?
According to the Sun, this film has both Morgan Freeman and Michael Cain in it. But then it was the Sun, and it was April 1st. So one way or the other it's false information

Well, its a six wheeler. So I suppose it'll handle well in the rain. But really, I always considered Batman more of a secretive crime fighter who hunts in the dark, instead of having what looks like a humvee roll down a street. I mean you cant sneak up on the bad guys if they hear you five minutes before you even arrive.

Actually, it's got the guy from the Last Samurai, ken watanabe or whatever...  It's also got Michael Cane as Alfred, Liam Neeson, Morgan Freeman, and Gary Oldman as the young Gordon.

It's not... Remember, this is when the dark knight first started fighting crime, so I imagine his artistic side (a la neon flashing candy machine he called the batmobile in the last movie which was so gay) wasn't present yet...

If executed properly, this film could well rule. God, I hope they do it well.

Remind me who directed the two Michael Keaton ones?

Hmm.... A return the grittier side of Batman. I sincerely hope he is still a master of the martial arts, even if he is driving a tank.

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill
