A little advice on this place: but don't try that against a Drakh cruiser. Those Anti-Fighter beams only need 3 hits to kill a Vorlon fighter.

I like your shot. The effects look better than I thought, but the beam has seams.... noooo.  I'll fix that for the next build.

Thanks. I think I had 2x aa on when I took that shot, but I can't be sure.

Make that in 1280x1024, turn on 4xAA and remove the HUD ...... and it would be a kicka$$ wallpaper

The bigger you make a planet, the more it is distorted. Unfortunate side effect of the game engine.

It can be partially fixed by using the divide bitmap (or something like that) in the background editor.

Also, because of where the sun is shining, shouldn't it be about 50 degrees off to the left and outside of the image?

There aren't. I noticed the problem first time I betatested RW, but somehow it was later overlooked.

Oh, and be sure to check out the new screenshot gallery here. Fury did good job with it, considering that our old one was totally horrible
