In addition if anyone attempts to make use of Dereks phone numer, address or other details - no matter how they got hold of them, understand this.

It frightens me that some of you would make such serious attempts to find details about him, and no doubt any legal action bought around by harassing him in his own home or via telephone / other electronic form will not be looked kindly upon by him or by the proper authorities.
As such, Hard Light Productions will want nothing to do with you.
You're crossing the line here people - I understand the feeling of negativity toward him after things kicked off - but there is no cause whatsoever to make use of his personal details.
As I said, HLP will want nothing to do with anyone who attempts to use his details. We are a community website for the enjoyment of the Freespace franchise - and it seems some people have forgotten that.
Now I trust none of you are so stupid as to attempt to make use of his personal details. You are now aware of our position regarding this.
