That link has been posted, I don't know, eight times or so since this whole mess came up.  It's funny, but a little one-sided.  And he has actually sued people in the past, so you can't assume that he's just a windbag.

Oh yeah, for the sake of the board's sanity, don't say his name too many times.  It seems to attract him.

Ive read this top to bottom, and don't see one problem with it. No one is acting uncivil and a valid question is raised. Although most of us prefer to stay away from such subjects it doesnt make for a closeable one IMO.

I also feel it's made people a lot more determined in their mods. I know I can't remember the last time so much stuff was getting done on the hosted projects and so many things were nearing critical stages of completion.
