At any rate - the fact that it's happening out there is sickening. However it's happening everywhere really. It's only made more tragic because it's happening to people in already unpleasent circumstances.

I take a minute to refer you all to my prediction that humanity has approximately 9 years of life left in it. If we do live out the next decade - things will probably be very different.
