Ratings speak louder than lawsuits. If you want a show to stop broadcasting such trash, you should not watch it, and encourage others like yourself, to change the channel.

Sadly, there are complete idiots out there that will keep watching shows they hate, because they want to see how they'll be offended next.

the interesting thing is, after the much public issue with these 2 Fat kids and MCDONALDS, the govnt here did make a law change making it harder to sue a company for your own neglegence. they should do the same for these morons who think they can sue for anything. i swear someones gonna sue the Gap because their Boot cut jeans didnt come in PINK and have emotional distress from it.... whut a fuggin world.... gotta love it!

I too find the program stupid, I remember when they stuck the 7 or so needles in the people and than pulled them out. And probley it would make someone like me sick. But, still that lawsuit is so stupid, like said so many times he was not made to watch it. Maybe next time I watch something that has explosions in it, I will sue the T.V. channel for airing something that made my eyes hurt.

all reality shows suck except for one:

theres this REALLY cool one where they put all the people who think up reality shows in a pitch-black room, and arm each one with a knife. then, they leave them in there until only one is left alive. and hes the winner! the winner gets 50 000 000 dollars as a prize (and pays a tiny 49 999 000 dollars as a playing-fee) and also gets executed for murder.
