Ok, I got bored so I decided to do a little mini project and make my own capital ship, based (of course) on the GTD Orion model. Heres the result thus far:

 

I'm not sure how much farther I'm going to take the project, but I hope you all like the reskin anyway

Does anyone know how to model and add turrets to a ship, I have a few alterations planned to make this thing live up to it's name sake...but it'll need more hitpoints to have the right surface area/firepower ratios...

Ok, heres a mock-up of the Thunder with the added weapons hardpoints. If anyone has the ability to model this into the model and add the functioning weapons then please contact me as I don't hae a clue where to start. Thanks
