Lilith, it can take out just about anything under juggernaut size, given that it's close to its target.

GTFf Saphah. If it had a fighterbay, it'd be the ultimate capship. The Golgotha is really nice, as is the Odin, but the Saphah has to win it on sheer kick-ass-ness... If we're talking vanilla FS, then the Deimos followed by the Orion.

For Vasudans, the Sobek. For Shivans, the Lucy (high-poly, high-res version obviously).

Does the GTD Hades count? Technically it's not a juggernaut, just a super-destroyer ;)
