Sorry bit of a noob here, but Im enjoying the game, just a little stuck at the moment.  

Im currently stuck on the mission "Slipping the Noose"
At the beggining you have to approach the PSI wing, no problem, you then have to escort them, how do you do that?
After a bit they become your enemy and Im able to destroy everything I need to.  Unfortunately when the mission is over, it states Ive failed it.
The only RED objective is Escort PSI.  If anyone can help me with this, I would appreciate it.

You're sure that's correct? Did you deal with both the Gibralter and the GOD sat?

I did take care of the Gibralter and the GOD sat after dealing with the PSI wing.  I did see the station blow up.  Everything was completed except the "Escort PSI" which appears red in the objective list.
When the mission finishes I cannot hit accept since it states Ive failed it.

1. You have to stop the corvette from ramming the jumpgate....
( otherwise  KABOOM   ) - take out the engines or destroy the whole ship...
2. Take out the GOD sattelite - destroy the particle beam turret and missle launchers... and the sattalite isn't a threat anymore...
3. The PSI wing will always attack you so destroy them...

Thanks for the reply, guess I will concentrate on the GOD sat first before taking out the gibralter.

My method is:

EA Badger, 40mm in 4x bank, Disruptor in 2x bank. Secondaries: Venom rockets in all banks.

First, follow PSI and take them out when they turn red. Order your wingmates to protect the GOD (just to make sure that they will be close enough to help you deal with the satellite when things get worse). Then go to Gibraltar and disable it (you can do it when it's still 'green'..). The GOD will became unfriendly soon, so go and destroy it just after disabling the criuser. Order AI to destroy the satellite. Blast out it's main beam cannon and missle launchers with your Venom rockets. When the Altair station is safe, you can left the battlefield.

I like this mission very much. Virus effects are really cool! XD

I too used the Badger with a similar primary loadout, though I can't remember what I used for secondaries.  I stuck close to PSI and took them out when they went hostlie, then I ordered my wingmen to stay near the corvette, while I headed a full speed to the GOD.  When the reinforcement wing arrived I had them help me in disarming the GOD, and ordered my winmates to disable the corvette.
