A person with heart problem whom didn't know what it was could have clicked on it.
If this person got a heart attack from the link you would be sent to court and likely put into jail/juvy.  This also applies to those with a rare form of mutation that makes the victim go into a state of shock or temporary paralysis if suprised or scared enough.

I don't mean to be rude, but one has to know these things.
