Really Obscure Space Vessel

Something triggered a hazy memory in my head of the TV program this ship is from, and I managed to find it via Google.  I'll be amazed if anyone on here is able to recognize this craft.  I am stunned to find that someone actually has all the episodes of this super unknown show posted out there.....

Any guesses as to what this is??
