I like Star Trek, but this is terrible. All you did was stretch the galaxy class starship! When will you be releasing the Enterprise? Or are you going to hold on to it for yourself for the rest of time?

Actually, there were a lot of smaller changes, not really visible from this angle. And Aldo, are you out there? I was going to write the TBL entry, but then I realized your ships could be stronger/weaker than the standard FS, so I thought I should ask you first.

No offense to anyone, but I think that while stretching a ship to make a new one may make things "easy", it's kinda - dare I say it? - well, lame. I really don't want to degrade any of the effort put into these things, and I do appreciate this more then people not doing anything except lurking, but c'mon...

Anyways, I think that'll get me into enough trouble for one post, so I'll end with something nice. Anyone ever seen the cover of the St book by Diane Carey, "Dreadnaught"? It has a side view of a sweet ship from the Kirk era - one made for the book. I've done up a model of it a long time ago, and if whoever's working on this Trek conversion thing wants, I can contribute the model to the project...

Just to say that the new gigas is not a stretched sathanas anymore... I chnaged the front claws, I modified all the underneath part, and modified the backspine too. bah, people never recognize genius when they see it

That looks better then the earlier shots, but I'd suggest some minor changes with the nacelles and the lower hull.

Nacelle wise, I'd edit them to be like larger versions of the Akira's (going under the ship) and then have an upper arc with two engines and the center has a torpedo/reactor arrangement like on the Miranda class ships from the movies)

Lower body wise, I'd make it thicker and have an Excelsior type deflector array.
