Simple fact, if she planned to be loyal, whe would have been so from the start. I'm sure you saw other women who you thought 'Well... hello' whilst you were seeing her, but resisted the urge out of respect. If she cannot treat you with that same respect, which she's already proved, then move on and forget it. Heh, I'd had the same problem right now, a friend of my, that i'm trying to get into a relationship with her, but she back stab me for the sec time....while only she hangs out with me and she sleeps with other guys..and that really pisses me off.   Well for now i'm gonna wait  (now you guys think that may not be the wises thing to do) until she figures out what she done and hopefully she'll come  back to me.

I hate to break it to you but the harder you try the less interested she'll become. You're just another guy that'll worship her and let her get away with whatever she wants.

You really did the best thing you could though I'd hold off on hitting the guy, it'll just let her know that you though her important enough to hit someone else over. The worst thing you can do to her is to blow her off like she means nothing at all to you.

I still talk to her and stuff like that, I try to be her friend, but she is trying to crawl back and I just have to drop it.  I'm not the kind of person to completely turn my back on her, I'm just keeping the love interest down.

adwight: Your particular case is fairly clear cut. Some girls are like the one you know...and if you're interested in stable, potentially long term, or at least pleasant in the slightest you'll avoid this one.  But if you're into the "love for the moment" sort of thing like so many are then hey...go for it or whatever but don't invest emotionally.  Me I can' t do that...too slow to switch gears....so its not my scene.

anon, i'm going to kindly ask you to stfu, she is actually not fat nor is she ugly, i know her, she's an old friend from high school, quite attractive.  and there are more female galactica fans than you might think, they just hide.

honestly i think ive had enough bad luck over the past several months (or past life, depending on what kind of scope, 5 girlfriends, and not one that cared about me a shred) to justify something good happenning
