Then that's your problem. Easily fixed

Get
This or some other Bittorrent client, install it, set up download directories as you see fit, and use that to open the .torrent file that the download link points to.
One thing to keep in mind about Bittorrent as a new user, is that it will also use some of your outgoing bandwidth to help others get their downloads faster, but this profits you as well as everyone else downloading the same file is also sending bits of it to you all the time. Basically a distributed download system instead of just getting it all from one place, which is why it's great for large files such as this - once there are several people working the same file, it can get real fast.
Most if not all clients allow you to limit or completely turn off this file seeding if you want to though, but it's generally good practise to at least seed a little bit to help others just as they helped you get the file faster. Just remember to close the Bittorrent client or turn off seeding if you need your bandwidth for something else, or if you pay for trafic rather than a flat internet fee.
[Edit] Note the client I linked is very basic, but also easy to get started with. There are better ones out there for when you know what you're doing. Sourceforge is a good place to look if you decide you need something with more features, as every second project there seems to be a bittorrent client
