Here's a thread to list all the commands you wish you could list in-game.

To get the ball rolling, here's a few:

C => 7 => 1:  Tells Command to shut up.  (May result in undesireable side-effects...)
C => 3 => -:  Tells all wingmen to not run into stuff.
C => 7 => 2:  Tells Command to design functioning superweapons.

SHIFT + CTRL + L = Turn your squad mates into lemmings.
SHIFT + CTRL + B = Turn said lemmings into blockers, halting the enemy fleet.
SHIFT + CTRL + E = Make said lemmings explode.

Ctrl+Alt+Del => Reboots the Colossus Fire Control system in the beginning of the mission, so that they can kill the Iceni and really end that plotline instead of just letting it hang loose waiting for the never-to-be FS3...

It always annoys me to have last look of that goy disappearing into the nebula, trailed by a Shivan ship... and that's it. Better just be killed, swiftly and decisively.

Hmm, what more... let's see:

C+3+Break -> Make every friendly fighter freeze where they are to avoid banging into you, escort ships and other stuff.

C+3+Caps Lock -> Simple - make the wingmen only target Capital ships

C+1+[Support Ship Entry]+Win key => Could you also wash the windows while you're at it?

C+1+[Desired Ship]+Control key => Commandeer the ship in question and use it to do what it's supposed to do.

C+Caps Lock  ---> tells your capships to overcharge their beam cannons

C+~   ------> tells your ships to remodulate their deflectors (invincibility)


c+BOOM   ---> a swarm of support ships loaded with harbringers jumps in and starts ramming enemy capships.

Ctrl + Alt + M:  Miraculously (sp?) fixes all bugs in all the mods, making the game perfect, which eliminates the need to fiddle with *.vp's for hours on end.

C-3-Home = Order all friendly capital craft out of the mission so the Ravana/Sathanas doesn't own them.
C-3-End = Calls the Destroy-Universe SEXP.

[Trivial Psychic]

C, A-R-R-G-G-! = Calls in an infinite supply of the Volition Pirate Ship, armed with uber weapons and causes them to attack the target of your choice.

C-3-P  All fighters find the nearest take out place and get me some fricken Pizza!
