When did they make that *thing*?

Re: A message to the automotive industry
here, check out the tech blurb for that Aztec thing:

Quote
The 2006 2007 Aztec is fun, having a combination of minivan, hatchback, and sport-utility. With cargo space and comfortable passenger compartment, the 2006 2007 Aztec champions the basics of convenient driving. The 2006 2007 Aztec has got rear bench seat with 50/50 split/fold seatbacks, ABS, rear window electric defogger, AM/FM/CD stereo, removable console cooler, tilt steering column, tachometer, front bucket seats with floor console, power remote liftgate release, four power outlets etc. The 2006 2007 Aztec has got some fabulous optional features like six-way power driver's seat, sliding rear cargo tray, upgraded interior trim, traction control, Passkey III theft-deterrent system LOL!! -me , leather wrapped steering wheel with audio controls etc.
Don't forget to check out the standard safety features available with the 2006 2007 Aztec. The car is equipped with seat-mounted side-impact airbags, ABS, dual front airbags etc. Traction control and all-wheel drive are optional. The 2006 2007 Aztec is available with the basic warranty of 3 years or 36,000 miles. And let's not forget its awesome engine specification. The 2006 2007 Aztec is equipped with 3.4-liter ohv 12-valve V6 engine capable of delivering 185 horsepower at 5200 RPM and 210 pound-feet of torque at 4000 RPM.

The engine has further been strengthened with the introduction of 4-speed automatic transmission system. Thanks to 4-speed automatic transmission system, the 2006 2007 Aztec churns out fabulous fuel economy - 19 miles per gallon in the city and 26 miles per gallon on highways. The 2006 2007 Aztec has been assembled in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. The 2006 2007 Aztec has got the space to accommodate 93.5 cu. ft. of cargo.

there's nothing fabulous about 19 - 26 mpg

BMW pwns

Hmm... they make great cars to be sure, but there's something incredibly... mundane about the styling. Perhaps it's that almost all BMWs look alike. It just doesn't interest me.

That said, for interior comfort, they're great.

Not all BMW are the same ie

I quite liked the PT cruiseer when it came out, I like the retro styling and the hint of hot rod!

I think the Z4 is a marked improvement on the Z3 as every grey/metallic silver Z3 I've seen just didn't look like it had been finished painted. I dunno, something about the shade made me think It had bee primed and that's all. And the curves on the Z4 are much shapelier (is that a word?) like the lift bit on the boot, just rounded it off nicely. My next door neighbour owns one (Z4) and he's a computer part/component salesman/trader (Computer fairs), so no drug dealer's here! Granted his missus bought him the car and she WAS a lap dancer!
