The Psychic Judge merely cites statistics, which is part and parcel of orthodox science.

Although half or 49 percent say they know a case in their own city or province where a judge took a bribe, only 8 percent said they reported the bribery. The main excuse of those who kept silent is that they could not prove it," the SWS said.
The Psychic Judge was not removed but merely separated from service according to the decision due to psychosis but was ruled with finality that he should and therefore be recommended appointed in any government position except that which dispenses justice, due to the Psychic Judge's excellent academic records -

MY OWN EXPERIENCE:::
MALOLOS BULACAN PHILIPPINES ---
27 SALAS, 27 judges...
only 3 are not corrupt...
the 24 --- they receive all sorts of bribes:::
they have fixers, kickers... all the staff also share and do their own things...
a) criminal cases -
just to bail... the accused has to pay fixer fees... and should give the judge and the clerk --- P 3,000
after judgment the judge gets the bail often times...
b)orders -- range is P 10-20,000 (P 50 = $ 1)
C) decisions - P 50,ooo - P 1.o million
Court of Appeals, 98% corrupt -- 65 Justices...
per case = P 100,000 minimum, TRO, restraining order, P 200,000
decision P 500,000++
Supreme Court -
millions and even billions - like the lucio tan case settled for 11 billion pesos from 45 billion pesos tax payoff in hongkong...
so there are 15 justices of our supreme court --- almost all receive bribes secretly,, only the BIG JUICY CASES...
the staff would reveal the PONENTE for P 50,000
HOW MANY ARE CAUGHT --- none in supreme court
but I successfully thru LUIS got them thru 8 medical surgeries..
in the COURT OF APPEALS, justice demetria was dismissed for interfering in drug case...
in the Regional Trial court very few only about 3 of 1,100 we judges...
sexual harrassment? 90% of judges do that...
in my turf MALABON RTC:::
MY CLERK OF COURT who supplied the 13 charges ... Luis inflicted her daughter with epilepsy:::
she is the clerk of court now... she fixes cases and earns about P 150,000 a month depending upon her whims..
judge aquino, jr. since 1987 would sell decisions from p 20,000 to sometimes P 500,000
the other 3, judges... the quietly sell decisions and orders.. and a mere clerk of court of a judge there has apartments, and cars...
i myself is only renting a house, without car, and jobless...
now, all my staff would rake money... depending on...
civil cases, criminal cases... they do their own things with the blessings of the supreme court...
it is a PRETEND WORLD...
here in malolos bulacan... rtc judge would take naked pictures of his staff in motels...
so LAUGH AT JUSTICE BEDSWORTH EXPOSE which i cited...
filipinos are famous or infamous for HYPOCRICY
