Don't take credit for something you didn't do.  It's dishonest and tantamount to plagiarism.  Plus, it's quite obvious you used some sort of translation service, as you managed to translate "Hard Light" as "Difficult Lightweight".

Actually, I don't use Babelfish. I do know some French, but it's not very good, so I used the help of a translator. Apparently when I translated it back to English it looked better than what it was.

Yes you could use them. And those texture are TGA or DDS files, so, it works well with the SCP. Just rename those file to default fs2 planets if you want to replace, or use them to put new planets.

Anarkia has created them within Lunarcell a non free software which let you to create some amazing effect.

This could be nice...I'm learning French in school, but the teacher sucks. I've seen people on HLP go from mostly German speaking to pretty nice English but couldn't find a French forum.
