Well, personally, I think ever since [V] got aquired by THQ, the quality of their products has gone down a couple notches  , so I'm not keeping my hopes up :\

well, I knew about summoner2 for quite some time now. I don't remember where I read this tho, but I remember it was saying red faction 2 was also in production.

Yeah, and from what i hear S2 is gonna be a PS2 exclusive title, a shame for all of those who don't own a PS2 and liked summoner PC.

Perhaps S2 won't be as buggy as I heard s1 is.

Still,...until I say a lot better support from this company my money's staying in my pocket. A quick pass over the Summoner and RF forums tend to show it isn't juts FS that got dropped on it's head.

 

I with THQ I only see it getting worse.

From pressrelease: "THQ Inc (NASDAQ NMS: THQI) today unveiled Summoner™ 2 exclusively for the PlayStation® 2 computer entertainment system"

That kinda sucks, but it wasn't unexpected. I don't think Summoner sold so well for PC. And we who have follow [V] knows that they are heading more for PS2. I think though that Red Faction 2 will be a PS2 and PC game.

i hate consoles - the prevent lots of great games from appearing on the pc which is the ultimate games machine in my opinion when the geforce 4 makes an appeance not even the x-box will compare - its only a p3 733 - by the time its relased over ehre i intend on having a dual athlon 1.8 with more ddr ram thatn you can shake a stick at aiming for 2gb but might settle for 1.5gb

anwyay u back to my point consoles suck and there controlers are rubbish - you need a mouse for a fps and a joystick for space sims and they are two best type of game (in my opionion) oh also need a mouse for stregy games

 hmmmmmm also consoles are good for a beat em up around the big tv with your friends  but thats it all theya re good for

Well, what is the best part of a console? You can hook it up to a TV, and multiplayer fun is simple and easy. Solution... get a TV-out card, and lots of USB controllers. Wham, bam, thank you ma'am.
