Number of missions: tricky... it could get up to even 60 'base' ones [it isn't linear, so there will be variants].
Mods: everything from FS will be changed in final version. Demo campaning will have 1 new race, new weapons and ships for GTVA and few 'suprise' ones.
Description: rather hugeable campaning filled with mods, interesting missions [fight with multi-km alien ship over enemy capital, and see how it, when damaged enough, crash into surface and blow up, taking the city with it!], non-linear action [kind of. If you seriously screw something up, you may be sure that it will have some influence on campaning. This include supplies, so bad flying and inability to protect your supply lines may end with serious lack of bombs, missles, weapons and new types of fighters.], innovative storyline and cutscenes [at first as blakc-screen-with-narration, to cut down the download size and release date]. AND battles with hundreds of ships on each side, inculding dozens of capships [all of them should be fairly low-poly, so there will be no huge slowdowns]. And on the top of that, two sides to fly for, with choice happening around mission 10.
Release dates: demo-late 2003 to yearly 2004, full-most likely late 2005.
