I store all my X-rated stash on my laptop and back them up to DVDs for every 4.35 GB of files collected. I currently have five backups.
Oh yeah, there's this one other thing my sister wanted me to do...
* Androgeos Exeunt starts up the PC in the living room.
* Androgeos Exeunt runs a scan using AVG 7.5 with 543-yearday old virus definitions.
* Androgeos Exeunt downloads Avira Antivir Personal 9.0 from his MacBook and saves the installation file in one of his thumbdrives.
* Androgeos Exeunt uninstalls AVG 7.5 from the PC and restarts it.
* Androgeos Exeunt installs Avira Antivir Personal 9.0 on the PC.
Right after installing Avira, it detected ise32.exe, a Trojan horse, in C:\RECYCLER, and TSAdBot.exe. It also detected the worm autorun.pex in my thumbdrive's autorun.inf file, which keeps re-creating itself for some reason.
The PC is currently undergoing a full system scan now. Once that is done, I'll write my own autorun.inf file into my thumbdrive and set the file to read-only. Hopefully, that'll prevent autorun.pex from trying to re-create itself.
