I'm on the mend after getting diagnosed with torn back muscles after excessive weight carriage on saturday. No wonder I couldn't lift a full tea cup this morning till my cache of painkillers kicked in. I've got a greenlight to take it easy for four to six weeks. Gym's off limits as is jogging and most annoyingly . . . . . . Intimate female relations.

My mom's got a torn shoulder. In a lot of pain. Gonna need operation, but that'll have to wait till september, after the big vacation we've been planning for years.
