First half of the day was spent at riding lessons, we did some barrel races and I got to do some cantering which is a lot of fun. Afterwards gassed up the truck then ran some grocery shopping. On the way home I went to Fred's Franks for a full size Chorico, which was crazy delicious . Later I fartleked for about 5K and did some solo longsword drills.

****, I hate fartleks. On the bright side, they do make plain running so much more pleasant.

I think the best part is that it decreases your anaerobic recovery times, which is useful as hell for martial arts. Anyway capped off the night by watching Tron Legacy on Blu, cranked up the Bose and let that Daft Punk score really rock the house.

It hit somewhere around 80 degrees (F) here today, randomly, but we'll be back in the 60s tomorrow. I much prefer the latter.
