I was released from work this evening and on my way home, but my mind told me that it was far too early to do so and suggested that I headed for the nearest shopping centre instead, so I decided to let my mind drive me around for a bit.

I went to the shopping centre nearest to my workplace and ate dinner. After that, my mind steered me into the library and made me pick up a book on how to find some personal space. As I continued looking at the nearby shelves, I crossed paths with my old neighbour and we had a good long chat. This guy had already completed his two years of service with the Armed Forces (as an instructor for up and coming drill sergeants) and we were able to compare notes. He expressed his astonishment that I was still considered fit for front-line combat despite having an apparent left knee injury that delivers a world of hurt whenever I squat, jump or otherwise apply too much pressure on my left knee. He himself was downgraded by the higher-ups due to an ankle injury a few months before he completed his tour of duty.

We conversed for a long time, from the library within the shopping centre all the way to the bus-stop outside it (I borrowed that book my mind told me to pick up in the process). After seeing him off, my mind kicked me back to full control and I took a bus back home. En route, I decided to take a look at the book I was directed to pick up. It turned out to be quite an interesting read.

I've recently taken to a bad habit of panicking over certain issues. Currently trying to suppress. Had a good night before - although soccer game was lost, a hard fight was put up and we didn't lose, err...that badly. The local Chinese restaurant was also raided for a duck or two. Food was interesting.

Currently contemplating sleeping this panic off after I calm down with my book. ****, this is stupid.

You get Team Zodiac when mix those together. This mythology rips Power Rangers to shreds! Imagine that your body can switch between flesh and armor instantly, once in armor you have access to your weapons and powers. Flesh is part of the disguise. ;p

The K702's are actually borrowed. It's $325 (or $425) for a new headphone amp--a Little Dot Mk V (or Mk VII+). Then $275+ for noticeably better headphones. I'll probably stay with my Sennheiser HD-555's though.

went on date with girl of Pakistani decent (exotic!) i met Friday at pub night.
I planned on us going on city bus down to movies and powercentre, but alas, the buses didn't go there on Saturday so we wound up, after the better part of an hour getting part way there, to a Williams cafe nearby, where service frankly sucked, IE they gor her order totally wrong, so we sent it back.
Just bad luck all over that, although I didn't do or say anything bad, we will likely go out again sometime next week .

I dunno, MLP seems pretty decent, but I find the newest looney tunes series quite a bit more entertaining
