Speaking of colds
Took five days, but the one I've been dealing with finally hit me like a brick wall. A dull sore throat the entire week being combatted by insane amounts of steam at work, has now led to a scratchy feeling everytime I cough (not related to sore throat), and overall bleh

I never thought I'd say it, but I'm really looking forward to sticking my head in the Hobart machine

I think an AV-8B's payload capacity is 13,200 lbs, if I am not mistaken the average weight of a mobile home is 14,000 to 24,500 lbs.

I'm downloading some necessary sofware for coursework, such as ACAD. Granted the massive amount of free space available on the desktop downstairs, playing with 123D also seemed to be a great idea as well...

Random browsing of Sourceforge yesterday turned up this very interesting piece of software, which might be of interest to the atmospheric mission developers out there. I have yet to get it to work, but it seems to be a good idea: http://sourceforge.net/projects/planetgenesis/

I received some books in the post. Namely the Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi, Kendo the Definitive Guide by Hiroshi Ozawa that was recommended by my Kendo instructor and will be useful in the future if I need to teach class again, and finally Naginata the Definitive Guide by Alexander Bennett. We don't practice Naginata in class, but some of the students have expressed interest in so I am going to do some research and see if we can build a curiculum. I was lucky to find the book since it is out of print and there is a dearth of texts on the subject matter even in Japanese let alone English. I think it'll be a versatile weapon to learn since its both stabby and choppy, I'll try out some of exercises in the yard using my wax wood staff for now.

You may be overthinking this course of events. I'll point out that later in the day, I did this. Why did I airlift a helicopter across the bay, instead of flying it across under its own power? Because then I wouldn't have had two helicopters on my side of the bay! The jet-towed mobile home was intended for use as a lumber-jacking device. This is a game to never take seriously, ever.

I just watched a documentary called Waste Land and it is about a man from Brazil who takes trash and uses it as art. It sounds dumb, but once you watch it, you'll be amazed, trust me.

This may sound really creepy, but I used to dream Grey aliens and I was horrified. It actually felt like I was there with the aliens. It creeps me out to think about it.
