if you get a professor Gherringer (sp?) for any of your CSC classes, drop it immediately.  i found all the CSC profs i had somewhat slow witted and annoying, but this guy is a stone cold, class A wanker.  blithering idiot has NO idea what he's doing.  assigned us physically impossible programs.  every single student in the class was a better programmer than him.  he was the last straw that made me drop out of a CSC minor at NCSU. 


oh, and if you see green smoke coming out of the weird looking stack on burlington labs (the building directly to the east of the brickyard).... run.
