Edit: [Rant] Aaaaand just faced the Spanish inquisition from my mother. She knows my friend smoked pot and drinks, so she calls me down right after I get in, to "talk" (read: her stare at me to see if I'm high or ask/say stupid things that make me want to laugh in her face). I find it honestly insulting that she thinks I'd do drugs and at nineteen years of age, if I choose to have a few drinks while out, it's none of her business.

Drives me up the bloody wall with her smothering and doubts about my ability to function without her watching over me. [Rant End]

I'm also being told to put together a portfolio for a Digital Animation course within a month that I had no intention of doing until the following year
So I somehow need to magically get my life drawing abilities right up there along with being able to model a person in a topologically correct manner, along with several other submissions
All in a month with marginal experience, minimal practice this past year, on top of working evenings.

I have zero confidence in my ability to pull this off, and yet seem to be expected to be able to do it
Clearly, my knowledge of what they're expecting has no bearing here either. I'm nowhere near what the University is looking for prior skill wise

Welp, spent about $120 importing Gundam Extreme Vs to play on my PS3.

Absolutely worth it.

I wouldn't go so far as to declare it the best game ever, but, if you're a Gundam fan, it comes really close. Fast-paced battles, wide range of mobile suits (it has the Crossbones, for ****s sake!), moves and abilities faithfully reproduced from the series, music from the series... and luckily I can just barely read enough Japanese to understand WTF I'm doing.

I finished Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Justice For All last night. It was quite good in my opinion, I liked to keep playing just to see what would happen, especially in the last case. I'm planning to play more of the series, starting with the first Phoenix Wright game (Yeah I know I stuffed up the order playing Justice For All first, I just wanted to try the series out and that's the one I got on WiiWare first). It's made me wonder why I haven't tried them before!

I totally don't know how to handle this...

Depends what the actual problem is, does she reciprocate those feelings? Have you told her? Are you scared to tell her in case it damages the friendship? Is it the concern that if something as natural as attraction is enough to damage a friendship, what kind of friendship was it?

I suppose all I can say is that she won't know how you feel unless you say so, but you have to be prepared for the possibility she does not, at least currently, feel the same, and be prepared to carry on as a friend if that is so.
