My hands smell similar to what happens when you put moisture between two fingers, tape them together, and leave them for a few hours

It smells bad

But hey, fun day at work. Just left my hands smelling like wet socks which haven't dried for a few days

I'm a dishwasher at a restaurant
My hands are generally in gloves for six hours (they get removed often as well as washing, but today it didn't seem to matter)

I also had 160F water get into the rubber glove I was wearing, only to nest itself in the additional vinyl glove burning my entire hand in the process

You can get "Trench-hand" you know. Wash them hands, dry them, talc them, moisturise them. Or they WILL ROT.

The problem is your not giving your hands a chance to dry. Try some of that disinfecting gel a few times instead of washing your hands all the time. If that don't work, get a dr.

Unfortunately, water has a tendency of getting IN the glove regardless

Well, the disinfecting gel has the tendency to dry out your hands, just like rubbing alcohol does. So...

In the end, I figured out the issue
It was just the gloves. They had an excess of the powder that they use which is the culprit behind the raunchy foot smell
Which is cornstarch

Who would have thought having too much cornstarch on your hands makes them smell like feet
