I love the whole concept of home delivery. Right now, I'm sitting here FREDding while someone else, a couple of kilometers away, is cooking me curry for dinner. He will then bring that to my door. I know it's something we all take for granted but think about it. How ****ing awesome is that?

Home delivery is more satisfying the larger the country you're ordering in is. Here, in Singapore, it's so small that we take it for granted.

Automatics will stall out for a variety of reasons, but it's usually more to do with maintenance than operator error (unlike a manual, where the reverse holds true). Dying fuel pumps are a major culprit; so's a dirty throttle body. It probably has more to do with the car than what you were actually doing =)

My wife's '97 Dodge Neon (automatic) likes to stall out if left to idle after first starting when it's cold and wet outside, but it's been doing it intermittently for 5 years and no one can actually find anything wrong with it... and as it's a '97, I'm not paying for it to be taken apart to find out, given it only does it once every couple months, max, and it's slated for replacement in the next 1-2 years.

Someone continues to charge gas on my credit card despite the fact I stopped charging it two months ago. I've already changed cards once. It continues. Only gas. Nothing else. Only at the station closest to me.

Gave WCS a try, got frustrated with the FL-style indirect mouse control. Installed patch but completely lost interest a mere few minutes later, stopped. (btw it's not because of something I didn't like about it or stuff like that. just lost interest for it completely out of the blue.)

Still the speed gauge that caught my attention the most, and yet that's something minor with respect to gameplay experience. Read some high number e.g. 500+ but keep the usual feeling of 75m/s ala FS without getting into some heavy discussion on the AI and other issues with crazy fast ships and aiming and etc etc etc.

Okay, now that is reminding me of Starlancer for some reason...

I'm really excited for this summer.

Get out of dodge and to NC to the beach and after that, hopefully move in or near my sister in a college town three hours from where I live currently. Continue work on my Senior Project until I am saftisfied and ready for the prinitng press. Oh boy, It's gonna get busy.

Been playing a freeware platformer/RPG called "Distorted Travesty".

Hilarious and very self-aware game. Gets really freaking hard, though.

Not as hard as I Wanna Be The Guy, but the last level is getting close at times.

I just got back from having a conversation with my cousin over a prison videolink. His release date was originally next year, but they have pushed it forward to this November. From now until then, he will be undergoing a rehabilitation course to re-integrate into society.

He's looking a lot better now, albeit somewhat aged, than during the two years before he was sent to prison for drug abuse.
