I was having a blast with Red Faction Guerrilla until the Mount Vo-whatever mission. Who the hell designed this one? It's ****ing terrible.

Because it's long, stupidly difficult, and doesn't fit at all with the game's premise. This is supposed to be guerrilla warfare, and now I'm taking on a never-ending (really, they respawn infinitely) army by myself with a single fking tank. And then I have to get out of it and run through 20+ heavily armed troops with no cover to get to the objective. Which is a ****ing tank that I now have to kill ON FOOT, again with no cover, and the ammo box doesn't supply me the rockets I need to do it. Blowing a bunch of **** up with a rapid-fire rocket launching tank is only fun so many times.

If this were any other game, that would be sarcasm. In Guerilla, it's honest advice.

that mission is kind of annoying. but defeating the tank is far easier than getting to it. id have preferred to do the mission with the rocket walker which appears far too few times in the game.

Even though I got the game second hand and in a deal, I still feel as if I wasted my money on it. The story was boring and short, the gameplay was bland and most of the weapons were (in my eyes) useless.

Edit: Also just finished the first season of Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?, and started on the second. Why do I find it so fracking funny!?

So, you have an issue with the fact that the EDF realized what you guys were trying to do, and dispatched everything to stop you? That makes sense really, given how much pain and suffering you caused them already throughout the game with the Guerrilla tactics

I personally didn't have an issue with that tank part, nor the taking on a tank by foot part. Afterall, my equipment was set to destroy (Thermo Rocket, Nano Rifle, and Gauss Rifle). Not only that, but how's that differ from all the other tanks you've taken on by foot?

Yeah, I miss that walker. It's a shame you can't find the good toys laying around on Mars unless you take those boring side missions
