If my spreadsheet is correct, I'm going to need a 90 or better on my Calculus II exam tomorrow to pass with a C.

This is my second time taking Calculus II. I don't think I can take it again. I'm doomed T_T

Dude, I tutor Calc as my only living right now, and at least half of the people around here are fluent in it.  You could have asked for a hand at any time.

well, the good news is that unless you're a math major, you probably aren't going to need a great mastery of that material moving forward.  and if you're in civil engineering, you apparently don't even need to know how to integrate

 Modeled basic meshes for +10 space ships in 5 hours. Learned how to make some alarms using LMMS. Rediscovered some (+2 Years old) audio files on an external HDD. This weekend was a good one.

i kicked the **** out of 3 sections of the final, including a 99 in the one i felt most uneasy of.  don't have results from the remaining 2 yet.

figured out how to utilize a salvaged laptop touch pad. go figure i just threw away a bunch of ps/2 cables a couple weeks ago and i need one for the project. then again i may just emulate the ps/2 protocols on an arduino and skip the connector all together.

somehow one of my cats ended up getting gasoline all over its paws and tail. so to prevent feline combustion we had to do something far, far worse. we had to give the cat a bath. claws and teeth went every which way, blood was spilled (mine) and it was a bad day for everyone involved. now the house smells like gasoline.

i also found a mushroom growing between two boards on the porch, i will now try to see if its the kind of mushroom that i can get high off of.

i cant help that everyone else is boring. somewhere between a successful hacking of junk and having to worry about a flammable cat, someone could have gotten falling down drunk or slept with an ugly woman or arrested for possession or done something else of note. surely the 7 hours between my posts was enough time for such shenanigans.

So I sent out a round of internship/work experience applications over the last few days, got a reply back today... they want me to do a programming assignment by next week to determine if they fly me to Sydney for an interview. Dammit, as if I didn't already have enough to do!

I know that burnout is lurking in the back of my mind somewhere, but with luck I should be able to hold out. This semester has been ridiculous (and I'm only slightly over halfway through).

my plans to re-build my r/c transmitter in a ps2 pad are starting to fall through. all my through hole parts are just to damn big to get it all in the case. ive got rid of a whole matrix row, moved the voltage regulators and filtering caps for said regulators off the board (and onto another small board that will fit in one of the grips), now im somewhat concerned that there is no room for the dip chip mcu (figure i will need an surface mount package instead). i figure i could drop the mcu voltage down to 3.3 (one regulator for everything instead of 2) and run it at 8 mhz on the internal oscilator to get rid of the crystal and its caps. i probibly have more filtering capacitance than i need, and can dictch some of those. i suppose i can do away with the i2c/analog expansion port and mode switch feature too, but i really wanted that. so parts is the only option. now i need new mcus, new regulators, etc. this project just got shelved.
