Well, I had been going through a transition for a couple years until stopping last summer for some reason. I don't think this decision has much of anything to do with what landed me in the hospital last month.

Well, in the last 5 days:

- Tried to sucker punch my brother.
- Swore like a sailor at my mother.
- Told my dad to get bent.
- Paternal grandmother is pretty much on her way out. 93 which is much longer than I expected.
- Convinced that sweet sweet Brandy is as good as a hard shot of Scotch.

Beyond that, starting the New Year with a damn bang, that's for sure. For all the **** I get at home for being accused as a manchild, a government shill, an Israeil apologist, and stark raving lunatic, a failure with no job, and glutton for punishment, I ain't quaking in my shoes about the government and UN coming on my lawn. For every comment, jab, and rant I get about conspiracies, it's another log that fuels my burning hatred to get out.

I ain't gonna bend one knee, nor move an inch. The family can burn as far as I'm concerned, I'll take my freedom and they're going to need to like it.

Nothing recently unfortunately, though I really ought to get back to that XCOM. More missions to be done! Planet to save!
Should be streaming Don't Starve Beta because it's frigging hilarious with friends, and a lot of my sessions doing Insurgency have been met with some pretty awesome moments/conversations

No more weekends off for the rest of the project. Once we get into testing phase, we're on 12s. For at least three weeks. Because even with 2 additional contractors from a private yard, we don't have enough people.

Us: "What are we coming in for on the weekend?"
Boss: "..........um..... we just need someone here around the clock."
U: "Why?"
B: "For support"
U: "Supporting what?"
B: "Well, testing."
U: "What testing?"
B: "Uh..... the ship's testing"
U: "What support do we need to give them for that?"
B: "Uh, well, it's our testing that we gave to the ship."
U: "Is there anything we need to do for them?"
B: "Uh, well, we should really just have someone here...."
U: "Around the clock? For what purpose? What could we possibly actually do?"
B: "......Provide support."

This is why people quit and we don't have enough.
