I wish I knew why they made smartphones with that many pixels. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference at a quarter of the pixel density than they seem to like using (what good is watching HD when everything is so small anyways), and they'd certainly be cheaper without them, and the batery life might be slightly better too.
As for larger screens, I've since retired my laptop in favor of a Surface Pro 2, but I wish I could get a 4k screen (or 3) for my desktop that was smaller than 30 inches, though my next purchase is likely to be an ultrawide since it better matches my use case rather than something that just has more pixels.
