To be frank, I'm not surprised in any way whatsoever you managed to monkey yourself.  I may be an asshole, and stupid at times, but at least I know (for the most part) when to quit.  I'm certainly glad I decided not to type "and don't wake up" in my previous post.  It would have meant I aided in your monkeying, and I could have furthermore been yelled at by Kara.  But since I didn't, it makes the self-pwnage that much sweeter to see .

Seriously, when (if) you get unmonkeyed, it'd be in your best interest to change your attitude.  I consider a one month monkeying quite lenient for your case.  If it were my forum (which admittedly it is not), I would have banned you.  And not only for the assholish behavior, but also the complete lack of respect and intelligence.  There really is no excuse for it.

And to wrap it up:  Close thread pl0x?  Maybe move it to HLP Classics?

I suppose the rule of thumb here is, wandering off point in the middle of the post is common, and to be expected, even a 'quip' is acceptable, but downright sarcasm, designed to be hurtful or flamebait and deliberate off-topic posts are not so popular, though sarcasm has a great deal more tolerance here than in many boards I frequent.

Where the line is, is up to the Admin, no-one else, not even Global Moderators can monkey someone. If you start trying to decide things like that by the majority then you get the mess that is the English Legal system.
