Database Error

I keep getting this error recently:

No idea why, it started happening only recently. I still can log in and stuff, so its not really a big issue, but I thought it would be good to report it anyway.

Me too. Only when I first arrive at the forums though. Once I log in everything's happy.

I was applying a patch and I made a mistake which I corrected within a minute or two.  Try a force-refresh (Ctrl-F5) if you're still having problems.

Here ya go. Not sure how much it'll help though. Although, sometimes when I get this error, the "Miss your activation e-mail" line is doubled. If I see it again, I'll put up another screenshot.

I get that too. Only on the main page. And when not logged in, the "Did you miss your activation e-mail?" part indeed shows up twice.

I only get the error if I type

I get it too if I click on home.  Forum works just fine though. 
No-one ever listens to Zathras. Quite mad, they say. It is good that Zathras does not mind. He's even grown to like it. Oh yes. -Zathras

The main page has this error, but the forum is fine. I just tried accessing the main page via the tab in the upper left corner and I got the exact same thing.

Oh, the "main page" part is important.  I needed to apply the patch there too, and I didn't.  Fixed.
