maybe because I'm working much on stories that will be told in my campaign and those will be the playable factions.

Yeah they are cool but I wouldn't want to fly for them. Most of their assignements are suicide missions.  And they dont even try to pretend something different.

SOC - Snipes = Pure Win
GTA - Sort of a nostalgia thing, FS1 had a much better atmosphere than FS2, and they were less stupid than GTVA Command. And it makes me think of the Galatea, which was the best ship in the series hands down.

UEF - The UEF from Blue Planet has cool ships, half of the most technologically advanced fleet in existance, and for some reason, they just appeal to me.

I prefer the FS2 storyline though. FS1 story was good though.

SOC is the elite of the elite. And volunteers. So either you die in your first volunteer assignment, or you stay and be a cool SOC agent.

Well, at least that's what Snipes said about the 99th Skulls.

*shrug* At least they're honest. You don't have to live with being a pawn if the game doesn't make sense.
