Well best of luck buddy....my 5 years in gave me
of good memories. just keep a few things in mind and boot will be a breeze:
1: Beat your face means do push ups,..yes we actually had a kid in boot that punched himself
2: Leave your g/f's undies at home, ...locker inspections get really embaressing (yup had a kid that got busted with that too)
3: All MOSes include the sub-mos of janiter, you'll soon become and expect at polishing, using a floor buffer, and other annoying talents. Tip, believe it or not shaving cream gives on hell of a good shine, but never...I repeat NEVER use Johnson's floorwax, your DI slips he WILL kill you
(heheh but that was funny as all hell)
Just remember it can always be worse than whatever the preset problem is, they don't expect you to know everything, just act like you either now it or you know how to learn it and you're golden to them.
So best of luck bro!!!!! Once you get through boot and AIT look us up and give us the update,..I'd love to see how it's changed
