I mean, let's look at this critically for a sec. You're asking for pictures of a girl who:

 - Lives in a different country (for most of us)
 - You'll probably never meet
 - Has a boyfriend/girlfriend/whatever

This is the internet. If you want pictures of women you'll never meet or sleep with, who have boyfriends and live in a different country, you can get them with zero effort. And they're naked! Bonus!

The obsession probably comes from the fact that girls on an internet forum are possibly the only women who haven't regarded them with a mixture of contempt and loathing when they tried talking to them.

The naked girls do. And then they call the police and get a restraining order put on you.
