if the health care system is being so taxed by such cases then it will be making a lot of money which it can use to enhance it capability to better supply its services to the population demanding said services.
So any day now the health care system in my country will just rapidly explode to care for the millions of problems that either aren't covered or are but so poorly that they don't fix anything?
