Nope, DLI uses its own curriculum, which is mostly just elementary stuff for the first semester, then focusing on al-Jazeera, BBC Arabic, and al-Arabiya broadcasts in the 2nd and 3rd semesters.

Hot. We're using pretty much the worst (and apparently only real widespread) english -> arabic textbooks ever. Almost better off doing it yourself with Rosetta Stone, a dictionary and some diligence.

Some other resources I found useful are GLOSS and WordChamp.  If you have Before You Know It or RapidRote, they help remarkably.
