I found another mic, I'm going to give those Mandho lines a try for ships and giggles. Best quality yet IMO. I doubt I'll do the lines any justice though.
And by the by, how were my other lines GB?

Nevermind again, all of a sudden it started having insane feedback much louder than my voice. It's not the speakers; the feedback wasn't diminished by turning them off. I also noticed that the buzzing sound got louder and quieter as I changed the mic sensitivity in control panel, but it doesn't go away unless I mute it... Audacity's noise removal won't work either, because of the volume of the buzzing. Listen for yourself.

Every single submission is listened to, and reminders like that are in fact not a bad thing, but between RL work and the demands of modding, sometimes responses don't get sent. I'm sorry about that.

Some progress on Iwakura...pending a checkin from Rian we may be done with the role.

That's good news, since the role has a lot of lines.

How does it look with the major roles, that are not put down in the first post? Are they coming along as fine as the minor ones?

All the major roles not in the first post are done, except Al'Fadil, who recorded the entire role but failed to upload 2/3rds of it before dropping off the face of the Earth, and Sanctuary Comms.

We should re-open audition for Sanctuary Comms soon.

Really though the big roles are 95% done. In fact overall I'd call us 80% finished - meaning lines processed and in-game.

(Also: Is Captain Kristae meant to be male or female? I can't really tell )

If I understood it right, it isn't decided yet, but they'd prefer the role to be cast as a woman.
From all  the texts you can't tell wether it's a he or she, so I guess it'll come down to who did the best job, disregarding of gender.
