Okay, here's a strange crash: When using the mediavps from the FSU svn in conjunction with Blue Planet, I get a crash when trying to look at the "Orion Refit" model in the F3 lab.

I can't be 100% certain, but if this nightly was built with VS2008, it may have been my fault - I expanded some debugging code and made a mistake in one of the macros.
STRONGTEA. Why can't the x86 be sane?

I've just noticed the same crash using a Debug build on the Mac OS X platform.
Occurs only with the 3.6.10 mediavps (re-release + patch) data - but not with retail or Diaspora graphics data. Happening with r5616 nightly.

And I am currently looking in to the cubemap code to further prevent this sort of crash happening again in the future, since as far as I understand how cubemaps work, fixed/forced mip-mapping should not have to be present. There is also the issue on whether or not the !resize/resize function even needs to be used there, since the cubemap is a fixed object and the only zoom that occurs is in the center point on the model, which should have no bearing on the rendering of the cubemap itself.
