My choices would have to go to the following:

1: Browning Automatic Rifle (Medal of Honor: Allied Assault)
2: GTW-66 Maxim (Freespace2)
3: Blast Cannon (Battlezone)

They all produce very nice reports in my opinion and are quite powerful in their respective games. The Maxim and the Blast Cannon also create cool visual effects; the BAR's projectiles move too fast to see, but the gun itself looks quite neat.

1. Maybe lightsaber from JKII (I have only played demo, and that weapon is awesome!)
2.Kayser from FS2 maybe... so good.
3.No idea... maybe flash cannon or blast cannon from BZ/BZII (might be because others mentioned it. )
 
Woa, I thought much less people have actually played Battlezone I or II, but at least 3 people have played it who have replied to this thread. The full loaded MAG cannon in assault mode in BZII is also quite nice.
