Thanks ever so much guys - I'll really miss being "hands on" around here. Shrike has agreed that I can retain admin powers etc... for the time being (since I basically won't be using them) but as you can probably see I don't want to abuse what I've got

Wow - Setekhs gone, and now Thunders stepping down. Yeah, there're more admins, but these two were the biggies, The creators of HLP, and Titans of the FS community as a whole. What lies ahead for a FS community without these two is something nobody can predict.

And you guys should try not to take the rest of the staff for granted - not just at HLP but at VW as well. A lot of things go on behind the scenes that you don't see - just because Setekh and myself posted news about various things and did a little more work in the public eye doesn't mean that the rest of the staff worked any less hard to build up what we've got today.

And you guys are also missing one minor point (

) I'm not gone. I've retired as HLPs head honcho but I still intend to maintain a hosted site here and help out where I can - but by dropping out of the official stream I can work to my own pace without worrying about letting people down. Everyone wins this way, HLP can move on to better things with new staff from the community and so on - working on the same aspects for three years can rather stale ones outlook - hence my taking a break. But I wouldn't for the life of me think of totally leaving now - it's a very exciting time. I just want to be a in a less sensitive position so I can take advantage of what's going on as opposed to worrying about sorting other things out that others are far better suited to do.

All in all, I think this is working well.
