This from the Zuxxez forums, word-for-word, between two newbies, one of which just got a warning from me because he's been making death threats and crap like that. This is a thread where people were applying to be moderators for the forum, since the Zuxxez guys really don't wanna have to deal with us:

Major*Payne: trust me, you wouldn't want it as a [ED: mod]. Hell just ban everyone he doesn't like, and wreck havoc on the forums and make them hell.
