The answer to all of them is JAD

1) a traumatized man begs for help but gets ignored
Alpha 1 in JAD

2) assholes ruin years of hard work by crashing a brand new ship
Command in JAD throws Colossuses everywhere

3) the hero tries so hard to go home but bad gusy kill him just a step away
Alpha 1, but Alpha 1 manages to win.

4) they push the butan but the butan is stuck now
The crazy butan is always stuck in JAD

5) thousands of civilians are abducted by an elite military force and forced to run deadly gauntlets
Obviously the GTVA in JAD, how else do they have that many pilots?
