So, I was goofing around, trying to make Nebula missions (at the least "As Lightning Fall" a little less nausea inducing and accidentally produced this bit of awesome:



Same nebula set up as the mentioned mission, without actually being said mission. Obviously

Yes. And that was on a debug build. You wouldn't want to see the Release build frame rate.

Well eh, there is nearly nothing on that screen. Even I would go above 15 fps with my Intelgrated in those conditions. Oh wait...

I though FS's framerate was always capped at 120 fps. :wtf:

No he's got an unrealistic rig, I can barely scrap a lame 60 fps top mark, even on a simple mission... RAGEEEE

The screenshots I do at 1024x768. Native Resolution is 1680x1050 and the FPS is actually even higher when in fullscreen mode.

Also, the PrtScrn key likes choking up FPS when you hit it, so I actually get higher than what ends up in the screenshots.
