Windows animated cursors: framerate?
So I'm making that FS cursor I made into a windoze cursor set for more GIMP experience. Anyway, I Googled for programs that can make windoze animated cursors and found AniFX, which doesn't appear to suck. When I set the duration for my cursor frames to 0.05 seconds, exported to ani format, and selected the ani in pointer settings, those three frames are definitely not 1/20 sec. The duration is changed from the default 0.3s, but it's more like 0.1 or 0.15s. Is there any way to get the ani to 20fps?

[EDIT] and on that note... any way to get cursors to be 40x40 pixels?

I know the answer to both of these will probably be "use a third-party program like Stardock's thingy", but is there any way to do it via vanilla winXP?
