the bad news:
my host is a slow one, a really slow one, and not the most reliable of all either, but it works, if anyone has a better sulotion, let me or Analazon know, and we'll sort it from there

Come on people!! ADD STUFF!! Whomever is  hosting the Raynor should add it to ships, and that interface thing that was done a while ago (the flash desktop background) would also go well in there. Also Goob's Deus Ex Machina would go well too...

Add a "Campaign" and/or "Minicampaign" category, to go with "Mission".  Also make a link from the view page to the add mod page.

DEM would go into the "Minicampaign" category, I would think.

Well, I posted up my ships, but I made a couple of errors and so there are some broken links and a dummy entry.  I hate to do it, but I have to ask kasperl or whoever is maintaining the site to change the image links on the archangel from .jpg to .txt extensions and to delete the redundant and empty carrier post.

mebby if I host the minimods.txt on a server that I have access to, then it would work better...

yeah that dummy entry was all to easy to do.  I realized it the second I hit the button, but if I can do it then anyone can (and will).  Perhaps a check to see if that field is occupied would be helpful, as there isn't much point to having a minimod in the database if it doesn't contain a file.

EDIT: and maybe an edit submission button, though that would open a new can of worms.

Descriptions get cut off after a certain length. It would be nice if you let us know what the maximum was on the form so we don't end up with our tech entry cut off.

they cut off at the edges of the text box...but yeah...it should say something about that...

the host is indeed slow, and there's nothing i can do about it.
anyway, Analazon, is it possible to make a system where registered users can edit their entry's? this way we would need a user database, but it will be easier to maintain.

i also wouldn't mind if some of the actual mods will be hosted on my page, i've got 30mb of webspace, and i'm offering 15 for this stuff.

basicly, it comes down to this, i'll edit entry's for now, that means this week only, after that i've got school again. and afyer this week some other system has to tought up.

Ok, something went wrong. My wallpaper shifted from desktop mods to ships. And I KNOW it wasn't like that before.

EDIT: Also GalacticEmperor 's r LN-2 Frostbite Cannon shifted to the "ships" catagory.

ok, we've got a problem here. i don't know a thing about the dbase, i just edited out a wrong entry, and edited the link for some pictures. i'll have to talk to Analazon about this.
